Ganoderma lucidum/ ריישי/ Ling Zhi

פטריית הריישי התפרסמה כאחת מפטריות הכוח היפניות, וניתן לומר כי היא המובילה מבינהן בהיקף ההשפעות שלה ובהיקף עבודות המחקר המודרני שנעשו עליה.

לפטרייה מיוחסת השפעה המחזקת את פעילות מערכת החיסון (1,2) השפעה נוגדת דלקת(3), השפעה המיטיבה עם חולים במחלות ממאירות (4-8), הפחתת רמות סוכר (9-12) ושומני דם (13), השפעה המיטיבה עם טרשת עורקים(14), השפעה נוגדת חמצון (15-17) השפעה המגנה על מערכת העצבים(18), השפעה המגינה על הכבד (19-23), תומכת בסובלים מהגדלה שפירה של הערמונית (24), משפרת פוריות ותפקוד מיני זכרי(25), השפעה נוגדת אלרגיה ודלקת (26) ועוד.

פטריית הריישי ידועה כאחד מהחומרים המובילים לתמיכה בחולי סרטן (28-35).
